Transport Assistance
Better still, we'll gladly try to arrange for a taxi for you. This way, you'll be able to make your way to the Tioman Spa nearest to you, and back to your Villa once you're done. All as seamlessly and conveniently as possible.
With that said, do keep in mind that being a secluded paradise island, infrastructure is not one of Tioman's fortes. Not that it's a requirement of course, given that a low traffic footprint is one of the very attractions that makes Tioman the idyllic little paradise that it is.
Still, depending on your location, you may need to take a boat taxi to the village or Tioman Spa you're aiming to go. In other cases, a regular road taxi will suffice. In either situation, we'll try to make sure that the trip is as effortless and as comfortable as possible for you. Use the form below for more info.
Haven't booked your journey to your sun-kissed spa paradise yet? Then it's good to know that you can make your way to Tioman by private transport and by public transport, i.e. by taxi, or by tour bus, respectively.
Taxi to Tioman
By road, your penultimate destination will in most cases be Mersing, the main ferry terminal that serves Tioman. However, in some cases, it makes more sense to make the crossing to Tioman from the alternative gateway to Tioman, Tanjung Gemok. Tanjung Gemok is located about 30 minutes north of Mersing. Incidentally, just FYI, Tanjung Gemok is also known as Teluk Gading.
Ok, if you prefer the comfort and convenience of a vehicle all to yourself, then go to this website for more details or to make an online booking.
